Surface RT motherboard replacement

問題

My surface was stuck on the 'surface' splash screen. All other repair solutions including the ones from Microsoft's technician failed.

修理

It went really well, my wife's surface is good as new. The pictures and how-to guide on ifixit.com helped me a lot.

アドバイス

In step 12, make sure the rear camera spacer is in the groove before you put everything back in. If you fail to do so you will have to shave a bit of plastic off in order for it to fit.
