Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 screen repair

The kids broke the screen on my kindle fire.

修理

The repair went well. There was little information online about how to fix it so I had a go myself. Things went smooth and the repair was pretty straight forward.

アドバイス

Make sure you push the connector to the LCD all the way in. Don't waste your $ on the glass and digitizer. You need to get the LCD/glass/digitizer combo. All the pieces are glued together.
