If you do not have a Helping Hands, be careful not to touch your soldering iron. Try holding the board at an angle to make this easier. Move in a workspace with ventilation or use a fume extractor. Once in an appropriate workspace, desolder the old capacitors. Heat one leg up and remove the capacitor. Do this for both legs.
