-[* red] Locate the screw in the middle of the battery compartment and unscrew with the specified screwdriver.
-[* black] Once the screw is removed pry open the case body with the small blue spudger opener by starting at the back of the device and working your way forward until all sides have clicked open.
+[* red] Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the screw in the middle of the battery compartment.
+[* black] Pry open the case body with the plastic opening tool. Start at the bottom of the device and work toward the top. You will hear a "click" sound as the sides open.
