-[* black] If you couldn't do one, go grab a resistive stationary like a pen to lift the back panel
+[* black] Open the back casing with your fingernail or a plastic pick.
+[* icon_note] Once you disconnect the back casing, you can use a pry tool or some other kind of resistive tool to lift the back panel.
