[* black] Starting at one side of the device, use a hairdryer or low temperaturea heat gun to soften the adhesive holding the rubber base in place.

[* icon_caution] The rubber base will be hot after heating, take extreme while proceeding.
[* black] While the adhesive is still warm, pull up onpeel the lipbottom of the rubber base upwards to detach it from the metal plate.

[* black] Continue heating and pulling, slowly,Repeat the procedure described above until you have removed the entire pad.
[* black] Be careful, rubber can get ripped easily!
