If the motherboard is installed properly and the system is still not functioning, the motherboard may be dead, which means it's time to replace it.

    • While wearing your antistatic wristband. Using a plastic spudger, remove the back casing of your tablet.

    • Using a #000 1.5 mm Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws along the inside of the device.

    • Carefully disconnect the wires from the motherboard by rocking them back and forth until they come out.
