Voluas VL001 Silicone Hopper Feeder Replacement

If your Voluas VL001 pet feeder is having problems with getting food out, you may have an issue with your feeder mechanism. This is the part that has a fan-like shape and rotates to dispense food out of the device.

必要な工具と部品

    • Remove the lid to the storage tank by using the latch and lifting off.

    • Grab the food storage tank on both sides. Depress the tabs that say "Push" on them and lift the tank off.

    • Grab the spindle from the bottom.

    • This will prevent the feeder from spinning while you loosen the screw.

    • Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the single 11.6 mm screw in the center of the topside of the feeder mechanism.

    • Once the screw is removed, grab the three-pronged silicone agitator and remove it from the feeder.

    • Flip the storage tank over so that the bottom side is facing up.

    • Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the three 11.3 mm screws that hold the plastic cap onto the bottom of the tank.

    • Lift the plastic cap off the tank.

    • Firmly grab the spindle of the mechanism and remove it from the bottom of the tank.
