What if the plastic part that connects the earphones to the headband breaks and is there a way I can fix or replace that ??

Same problem… plastic slide adjustment broke… contacted turtle beach and haven’t heard back… it should be an easy fix but can’t find the parts anywhere thus far…

Same here the slider broke on me and I really like my tb 500p i have had them for a couple years can't find replacement parts my fix was to take a 2mm thick piece of metal adjust the headphones where I wanted them and cut the metal piece to fit against the slider going the complete distance from the main part to the part that sticks out on the ear piece and then used black duck tape to hold it in place

I should also note that if done correctly it should be almost like putting the metal piece in a slot. Also I messed around seeing what worked best and it's best to put the metal piece on the outside of the headset so it pushes inward. Doesn't work so good if you put it on the inside let's see oh yea just in case it wasn't implied you also need to bend the metal to either match the curvature of the slider or curve it a little more for a tighter fit. Let me know if this.has helped any of you out I'd love to hear back on this subject
