Samsung Gear 360 Battery Replacement

This guide will walk you through the process of replacing a dead or damaged battery in a Samsung Gear 360.

    • Insert thumb under tab of battery cover.

    • Pull to remove the battery cover.

    • Once the cover is opened, press index finger on the tab to release the battery from the battery slot.

    • Once the battery has popped out, pull the battery out of the camera.

I charged one battery successfully and proceeded to remove the battery and insert another battery to charge. The camera died and would not charge the second battery, so I re-inserted the charged battery and now the camera will not power up. Any ideas?
