Loosen the back cover
To do this, start at the headphone jack and lever between the back cover and the rest of the phone.
Keep going around the seam until the back cover is loose. Before fully taking off the back cover, carefully disconnect the fingerprint sensor's ribbon cable using a spudger or tweezers.

Loosen the 7 Phillips #00 screws.

now the covers can be removed.

Now you should heat the entire front, either with a cherry stone pillow (wheat bag) or a heating plate, hair dryer, ironing on a low level is also possible if necessary.
