  2. Open the touchscreen flex cable connector and reconnect the cable.

    They seem to have become aware of the problem at some point. My B1-A71 which was sent in for warranty a couple times has an additional green rubber square kind of thing holding the clip in tight, I notice your pictures don't have this.

Thanks for the info. I fixed my tablet before by using the steps. But, I had the same problem again. I tried to fix it again but it's not wrking. So how to fix the problem with Android OS or hardware problem? Cheers.

It didn't work... I tried rebooting, restarting and taking out the flex cable and putting it back in. Any more suggestions?
