Handheld muscle Massager becomes noisy after use. The fix is a simple loose screw that drives the massage head. It’s an easy fix. Takes only about 5-8 mins. Standard screwdrivers & thread lock.

Very snug and only moves about 1/4” - - the second picture shows the slide lock slots.

There were actually two rubber plugs covering the screws that I had to work out… Not hard.

Case opens pretty easy but you can see there are two tabs toward the back of the case … if it sticks, a simple pinch might help you open it up.

We were unable to twist off the back on Step 2. Going to be returned to Costco since I can't fix it....
I have model 11mg0811 it has no screws on the sides and I it will not twist off ,when it's on it makes a lot of noise,I don't want to return it to COSTCO IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN TAKE IT,
I've not found any shops locally that take these for repair. After looking at the pictures for the model 11MG0811 it appears that access to the inner workings is similar to an electronic toothbrush that uses a pinch/lock approach which can be quite a bit tougher.
