Nikon D40 Lens Mount Replacement

Your lens mount may become unusable due to wear and tear. A simple replacement can make attaching a lens to your camera easy again.

    • Remove the six 5.0 mm Philips #0 screws that go through the lens mount.

    • Once all 6 screws are removed, the lens mount can be gently removed from the camera.
