  1. Unplug the device from the wall and turn the powerbase upside down.

  4. Once the screws are removed, use slight tension to pull the plastic base up.

So far it was easy! Yeah!

With a lot of force can’t get bottom of even 4 screws removed Bullet don’t work anymore may be a piece of junk now
