The stand base on this computer stops the back cover from being removed, preventing you from accessing the components inside. No tools are needed for this, as it is designed to be screwed and unscrewed by hand.

    • Turn off the computer, unplug all cables, and let it cool down. Lay the computer flat on its screen.

    • Make sure that the work surface is flat and has nothing sharp on it.
