LG G3 Blue Screen of Death

This problem is pretty annoying. The LG G3 starts to heat up and then shuts down. After turning on, you see a blue screen. The solution is simple. Disassemble all parts and take the motherboard. Open the main shield (biggest one at the back of MB).

Use flux oil on the board and heat up the CPU (biggest chip) and its surrounding components for 10 to 15 seconds by heating it up. 350 degree should be fine.

Wait until it cools down by itself, then clean the board with alcohol and soft brush.

Assemble all parts and test the phone.
