How to remove the 2010-2017 Suzuki Swift air intake box

To perform maintenance on for instance the spark plugs, engine, or fuel rail, the air intake box needs to be removed.

    • Unscrew the 10mm bolts.

    • Remove the push rivet with the flathead.

    • Unclip the cable from the bracket. Use the plyers to press the lock from beneath and pull the clip loose.

    • Pull back the clasps connecting the air intake box to the rest of the intake system.

    • Grab the box at the left side and pull up and towards the right to pull the top part of air intake box out.

    • Pull the intake pipe up and out.
