Turn off the central water valve. It is typically located outside.
Use a spudger or your fingers to remove the rubber plug, near the center of the faucet handle.

Use a screwdriver to remove the screw inside the handle.

Use a screwdriver to tighten the screw at the top of the internals of the handle.
When finished reassembling, turn on the water to check if the faucet handle still feels loose. If so, the faucet may need to be replaced.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. I believe this guide is needed because at our house we were forced to change the whole faucet. However, after some research, we found out this problem was only a 10-minute fix. This problem can cause more unnecessary trash because many times people will end up buying new facets.
