Over time, the Keurig B70 Platinum needle accumulates particles which causes malfunction in the brewing of beverages. The Keurig needle functions as a tool to pierce K-Cups and feed water through the K-Cup.

Lift the handle to open the top of the brewer.

There are two sharp needles that puncture the K-Cup pack. One is above the K-Cup holder and the other is in the bottom of the holder. Be careful when cleaning the top needle.

must be something else on mine. i have cleaned out with paper clip 3 times and still no water comes out.
try descaling it
My husband keeps wanting to buy me something new every time the old one doesn't work, well I am old fashioned and will do anything I can to save money. Thank goodness this worked than you so much.
