This speaker replacement guide lists steps necessary to replace the speaker. Replacing the speaker is a moderate three step process using the necessary tools.

    • Use the plastic opening tools to pry the screen from the back of the device.

    • Gently flip the back over without damaging the wire connecting the speaker to the rest of the device.

    • Use Spudger to remove speaker from back casing of the device.

    • Use Soldering Iron to heat up the ends of wires connecting the speaker to the motherboard until they come free.

    • Remove the speaker from the device.
