    • Unscrew screws holding the protective cover in place until they make a clicking noise.

    • Screws do not detach from protective cover.

    • Unsnap the cover by lifting the edge along the battery compartment.

    • Use a PH0 screwdriver to remove the single screw holding in the optical drive.
