    • Turn the printer so that the front is facing to your left.

    • Flip the printer so that it is laying with its left side facing down and the bottom facing you.

    • Use a #2 Phillips head screwdriver to unscrew the 8mm screw on the top edge of the printer.

    • There are three tabs along the back right corner of the printer underneath the panel (location is displayed in the second picture).

    • Use a flathead screwdriver to depress the three tabs along the back the tabs while lightly pulling the panel towards you.

    • Begin with the upmost tab and move your way down, individually depressing the tabs.

    • Pull the panel towards you and remove it from the printer.

    • Turn the printer so that the open side is facing you.

    • Remove the 6mm Phillips head screw using a Phillips #2 screwdriver to disconnect the WiFi card from the motherboard.

It’s worth to notice, that putting it all back together is not that simple as it sounds, at least in my case it wasn’t. The front part of the panel has to go in first. Pay extra attention if the vertical edge on the front panel is aligned with the rest of the printer. If it isn’t, it won’t snap in afterwards, so you have to ensure that first. At least I had to.

The negative aspect of that approach is that it will take extra force to put the back part (with the tabs you were depressing) in. I had to help myself with WD-40 as the plastic wouldn’t bend far enough to loosely go into the place.

Also, the turn-on button can not be pressed in when putting it all together as it will block itself on the power switch internal case. Forcing it in will only cause the button to break.
