The HP Chromebook 14-ak041dx wireless card allows you to connect to the internet without an ethernet cable. If your HP Chromebook fails to connect to any wireless networks, this guide will show you how to replace the wireless card.
Before replacing the wireless card, ensure your laptop is not in Airplane Mode. Leaving the laptop in Airplane Mode makes it unable to connect to any wireless network.
Make sure the laptop is entirely powered off and unplugged before disassembling it.
