Gateway P-6831FX Heatsink Replacement

The Heatsink is a component that will expel heat from a generating source for your device. This guide will go over how to remove and replace the heatsink for the P-6831FX.

必要な工具と部品

  1. Gateway P-6831FX Heatsink Replacement, Heatsink: 手順 1、 2の画像 1 Gateway P-6831FX Heatsink Replacement, Heatsink: 手順 1、 2の画像 2

    • Turn your laptop upside down and remove the five Philips #0 (5mm) screws for the cover of the Heatsink.

    • Make sure to unplug your laptop charger, as removing the Heatsink while the device is charging may damage the Heatsink and or the charger.

    • Gently pull the cover away from the device.
