DigiLand DL718M Speaker Replacement

Can you see the screen, but can't hear any sound? If you are having problems with the DigiLand DL718M, this guide will help you replace the speaker for a newfound crisp sound.

    • Remove back panel by wedging the iFixit opening tool on all four sides of the device.

    • Lift the speaker from the top right corner of the device using an opening tool.

    • The speaker should come off easily. If it does not, look for any tape or adhesive that may be fastening it to the internal panel of the device, and remove it.

    • Desolder the two wires from the motherboard that connect to the speaker.

    • Remove the speaker from the tablet.
