はじめに

Poor ventilation can cause heat to build up very quickly in your laptop. When the temperatures inside the case rise to excessive amounts due to a faulty fan, the risk of damaging important internal components increases and your laptop could shut down.

  1. Turn the laptop upside down, and unscrew all the 3.0mm screws on the back cover with a Phillips screwdriver.

  2. Take out the Battery and the placeholder for the RAM and the Hard Drive

  6. Once the keyboard is out, use the Metal Spudger or your hand in the corner of the laptop to lift the outside frame.

  7. You will have a bigger view of the entire motherboard and there should be screws that are still connected on it.

  8. Unplug the wires connected to the mother board with the Metal Spudger

  12. Use the Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the three 2mm screws that connect the fan to the CPU.

  13. Remove the current fan from the motherboard and replace with new component.
