Cabin air filter replacement for a SEAT Cordoba II (2002-2009)

The cabin air filter is located in the passenger side footwell

Remove the cover by loosening the four screws that hold it in place, keeping track of where they go to replace them in the some holes.

Once that the screws are removed, the cover will come down.

Now with more room to remove it, slide the two plastic tabs together.

When the two plastic tabs are in the middle pull the filter cover down.

Remove the filter.

Once you remove the filter make sure to notice the direction of the air-flow arrows so that you install the new one in the same direction.

To install the new filter follow the previous steps in reverse. If the filter and the plastic cover don't install fully, it is possible that it is installed backwards.

When re-installing the cover re-insert the tab and push upwards. Then reinstall the screws.
