    • Use the screwdriver to peel off the stickers marked with red rectangles in the provided image. This will reveal the location of 4 screws.

    • Use a flat head screw driver to pry apart the upper and lower housing of the mouse.

    • Pull the wires from the white crimping headers to disconnect them, separating the top from bottom.

    • Pull as far up on the wire as possible, but avoid ripping the wires by applying too much force.

    • Scroll wheel between left and right buttons

    • Remove the scroll wheel from the mother board by pulling it to the left.

i bought the same mouse on amazon the same day i got it stopped working and anker was out of stock so i couldn't get another one directly from them, plus i really like it i opened up the mouse using your step by step and found the issue.
