  1. Turn over the laptop to view the underside.

  5. Remove the two 6.0 mm screws that secure the keyboard using a Phillips head screwdriver.

  6. Turn the laptop over and open it. Use flat edged tools to gently separate the keyboard from the laptop. It should snap off with a small amount of force.

    • Be sure to push the small tabs along the top of the keyboard, while lifting to successfully free the keyboard.

  7. Gently lift away the keyboard, making sure not to damage the data cable or the connector.
