2010 Toyota Tacoma Windshield Wiper Replacement

You may need a stool to reach the windshield wiper so that it may be replaced as easily as possible. Be sure to turn the car off and engage the parking brake before you begin.

Warning: Do not let the hook fall onto the windshield while the wiper isn't on the hook. The glass may break.

    • Pull the windshield wiper up off the glass.

    • Turn the wiper perpendicular to yourself.

    • Put your fingers through the middle of the wiper where it slides in.

    • Pull towards the shaft of the windshield wiper, removing it from the clip.

    • Slide the wiper off.

    • Do not let the hook fall onto the windshield while the wiper isn't on the hook. The glass may break.

    • Slide the hook in through the gap of the wiper.

    • Push the new wiper forward until you hear a click.

    • Turn the wiper so that it is tangent to the wiper shaft.
