Lower part os the screen flickering like on/off. When I press
a screen bezel on the right lower corner its gone. Is it a cable
issue or LCD itself ?

Replaced LCD cable and the same issue with display.
Looks like needs new Lcd assembly ):

Most likely it's the display data cable as it's on that side of the computer. However, until you look at it you won't know if it's loose or nicked, or if the hinge is loose.
