Can you make a new guide?

Hi I would enjoy it a lot if you could make a guide on how to repair the htc chacha sim card slot. I've broken mine and only half of the sim card can enter in it... And if I push very hard it doesn't work either..Not sure if it is possible for you but it'll help me a lot ^^

The slot worked well before I had an accident with it. The screen broke but stills works but then, it was impossible to enter the whole sim card again ( and I've already tried by transforming it into a micro sim). I think that a shok transformed the sim card slot and so that's why I ask for a new guide :)

take a look at this youtube video and see if it helps you get to the sim slot, then you can assess the damage and see whether you can a) repair it yourself or b) need to find someone who can help or c) repost here with pictures of the part you need help with. As it stands it's difficult to understand whether it is a bent sim contact or damage to the tray that is physically preventing you from inserting the sim.
