Front left door does not open from outside once locked

are u sure it is unlocking. If using remote do u hear mechanical movement? If using key, do you feel mechanical movement?

The key mechanically unlocks it. A key FOB electrically unlocks it. If you hear/feel this action and the door handle doesnt move, as if locked, then it is likely not unlocking. If the door handle move OK but wont open it, then it is the mechanical connection from door handle to latch.

If u havent tried the key, do it. It might just be a fuse preventing the FOB from opening it.
