I replaced my LCD Screen off a broken MacBook, at first I was worried I broke the machine, but I see now that the backlight is just too dim or something. I've heard people say it has happened to them so is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks

It's an inverter issue. This machine uses standart backlight (no LED) and relies on an inverter board to provide the right voltage to the backlight. Either one of the wires isn't secured properly or the inverter board itself is faulty or...... the logicboard is knackered.
