Will not connect to Wi-Fi.
My TV network is showing excellent Wi-Fi signal. Tried the correct password numerous times. Unplug the modem and rotor and TV numerous times. Factory reset TV and it still won't accept Wi-Fi password. There is no way I can lose the network and apply it again. It goes straight to the password keypad. Help please. I have a 2021 TV

What is the model number of the TV?
Can you connect to the router WiFi OK using another device when having to enter the password e.g. mobile phone? If you connect automatically, "forget the network" in the device and then set it up again and try to connect
