Videos on playback have no sound
Hello,
When I record a video on my camera it has no sound. I have played it on the computer and get the same results. I have already reset the camera and there is still no sound. How do I fix this?

Can you hear a beep tone from the camera when going to take pictures? See p.24 of the user manual to check if it is muted or not
This is just to prove that the camera speaker is working OK.
Have you checked that there's nothing blocking the microphone hole on top of the camera - see p.8 #14 for the location.
If the speaker works OK and nothing is obviously blocking the microphone hole here's the service manual that will help to check if the microphone is OK, if it needs to be replaced or if there's some other problem, e,g. loose connection etc.
