@xuaha if you are using a new battery and the battery case/connector and cover are all in good condition, you will need to check the power fuse which is on the Flesh Top circuit board, for continuity.
To work on your camera you can now download the SM from the Documents tab on this page Panasonic Lumix DMC-FH20 It will show you how to disassemble your camera etc.
Let us know what you find out. Also, let us know if you need any help with testing components etc. You can always add images of stuff you see that looks odd, with your question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully get your camera to work again. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法
