Sometimes my pixel 7pro screen show green line at top with some flickering at left side and another time it goes and everything works fine but this issue repeat many times a day ... I am confused if it is panel that is faulty or something else

Sounds like it is a screen issue. The only way to really fix that is a screen replacement. Could have been caused by debris under the screen at the ear port, or to much pressure on the top of the screen.

If it is due to screen why it starts work again normally after sometimes
If screen is damaged it should not work normally not even for a single time
If you are experiencing other issues like: random restarting, slow or unresponsive, not charging then it may be a different issue. But if the phone is working but the screen has color issues and flickers, then yes its just the screen.
