My 3ds cannot turn on. No light at all. Just charging light. I tear down and found out a lot of corrosion marks around power button and components. I cleaned it with isopropyl. And my 3ds on normally now. But there's no BLUE LED. How to make blue led on again. Any solution?

Glad that you got it working again!
There could be still corrosion in the LED area. Please check if this is true and try to clean it with isopropyl alcohol again.
If you can’t get it cleaned or if it’s simply just isn’t working, you might want to replace that LED only.
Be aware, this requires soldering and it ain’t easy to get it replaced. You could damage something else..
