Does anyone know where to purchase these from, now there are some on eBay, but they don't say weather they are pre programmed or not and not answering my mails doesent help either.

jamielshaw, this is a question that only the vendor can answer. If you are not sure, or if there is no mention of any pre-programming made, stay away from it. You might want to check on here to see how the repair is done. I only know of one place that states that they are providing a pre-programmed IC, and that is on here. Of course, there may be others out there that I am unaware off. Hope this helps, good luck.

yes I did seem to read there website , but I would of thought someone must do these chips, but its proving harder than I thought. I woulnder how hard it would be to program them my self (ie what tools/software is needed)
