As far as I know the Green lines are cause by an issue with the display, to fix this you'll likely need a screen replacement.
I fixit sells a replacement screen along with the tools you'll need to replace it.

Likely Line Defects, caused by damage to the chip on the display's cable or damage to the cable itself.
