Tcon look okay but TV showing glitches flickering, pink negative color

My tv has no water or physical damage, was barely used, and one day out of nowhere, it started showing lines, which got worse over time, i cleaned the board and ribbons and stuff, nothing happened, even checked the tcon voltages, they seem to be in range! but to add to this, there were dead and alive cockroaches inside, also there was a lot of their $@$* on the board. which i brushed away using pcb alcohol.

so fast forward to yesterday, after a month or two, i opened up my tv, and when i simply removed the two ribbon cables, and put them back again, turned on the tv, it started and had glitches for every 5-10-20 seconds, back then, at its worse, it would glitch every second, and not even for once it would let a normal screen show.

it also occasionally turns black glowing screen, while OS still running sound coming, but it again came back automatically.

Yes, it also shows completely normal pictures too. but in between, shows these glitches too.

Would it help to know, that these were the voltage readings on the Tcon board.

VGL = -5v

HVDD - 7.9v

VDD - 16.2v

VCOM - 6.17v

VGH - 28V

Can anyone point me in the right direction? i am just a noob, who got a multimeter and normal stuff. can anyone read these symptoms and predict where the problem could be coming from? if you want to instruct me to check exactly what with my voltmeter and where.

if you will tell me, i will follow your instructions and comeback with my findings.

@binzkchdt7c5pta this is not a T-con board issue. This is somewhere on the buffer boards or the connectors. Since you obviously had a "bug" infestation, there is possibly lots of "bug" debris on the boards and inside the connectors. You really need to clean every board and every connector with some high grade )90%+) isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Do not forget the buffer boards. Those are the boards where the T-con ribbon cables connect to. Those boards are not removable since they are attached to the actual panel. They still need to be cleaned.

If after a proper, thorough cleaning you still have issues then the problem could be shorten components on the boards (most bug debris is corrosive and conductive)

Thank you for your response. with buffer boards, you mean the two boards that are attached to the lcd itself, then it connects via the flat plastic type ribbon cable to the tcon board, right?

@binzkchdt7c5pta yes, that is correct.
