Why my 3ds turns on but then it turns off?
Why when I turn on my 3DS it turns on, but if I lift the screen to its "normal" position it turns off by itself with a pop?

So, before you lift the screen to another position, it works?
If this is the case, then it's a cable for sure! I would open it up and inspect all the cables. Usually this is caused by the speaker ribbon cable and need to be replaced.
If you see that all the cables are fine and not damaged at all, then start with the speaker cable and see how that goes!
