All screws are out. But I'm stuck on the part right after screws are out. Nothing is moving nor opening. It's standing as if I didn't unscrew anything. I can't take the top board off because I'm afraid I'll damage wires.
On my model (PACEM370WH), there are vertical plastic hooks inside unit, 4 on each side, connecting front panel to back panel. Remove all back panel screws (7 on my unit), then lay unit down with back panel facing up. With a small hammer (and the text book precautions not to damage plastic), tap back panel at top to slide it down about one inch. That will release back panel from from panel and now you can lift off the back panel.
