Need a new capacitor, and cannot find CBB65 50uF +5% 250VAC anywhere. I can find with a different uF or +6% or higher VAC. Specifically, the closest I have found is 50 uF ±5% 50 MFD 370/450 V CBB65. Should this work, or not?

It is OK to use a capacitor having the same capacitance value and a higher voltage rating than the original.
Never use a capacitor with the same capacitance and a lower voltage rating than the original as most likely it will damage the capacitor and possibly other components as well.

I'm seeing several on Amazon that meet your specifications. The only other consideration would be the package size; you may have to measure the height and diameter to ensure it fits, but if there's room for it, this one would work. A general search for "CBB65 50uF +5% 250VAC" shows me several results.
