Why my is just recognizing only one side? I already tryied forget BT

I take off the earbuds from the case and only one is connecting and giving me sound, but i place them both back in the case it recognize both.

I already try cleaning contact for charging, also forgetting bluetooth connection and cache, but nothing worked so far
