Why am I getting an unreadable error for my brand new disc game?
My PS5 keeps giving me an unreadable disc error message for a brand new game. My other games still work on my system. The new game uploaded just fine on a different console.
My console was purchased at launch.
Hi! Which game is having issues? I would return it and get yourself a new copy and see if this works. What is the error code you get? Thanks in advance!
