These appeared a couple of weeks ago and slowly getting worse. What is it? Can I replace a board to fix this? Thanks for your time
T con board? Main board? Ribbons? I can replace them but not sure which one it is or if it's actual LCD. No damage has been caused to TV
These only go 2 3RDS across the screen aswel they do t go all the way, not from what I can see.

@briandillon1980 commonly horizontal lines across the screen are issues with the panel and in general can't be fixed by us DIY'ers. Since yours (if I understand you right) only go 2/3rds across the screen it is possible that this is a memory issue. That would require a new mainboard (or a good main board reflow ;-) Of course, you also want to check your LVDS cables for corrosion tears etc. The T-con board will not be an issue

Ok thanks I'll order a new main board, I've checked cables and they seem fine. Thanks for your reply. I'll message back on here with outcome.
