Z-axe and Extruder doesn't rotate

My Artillery Hornet (Ruby v1.2) is facing an issue to move the Z-axe and Extruder.

The Motors and their Drivers have been checked, they are ok. I already moved them by the other axes commands using an home made extension cable.
